Great in Theory
Easy to submit for the deductible as the vet office can submit. Would be nice if there was an option to have vet bills covered as I'm not sure the insurance will ever actually work out in my benefit. Especially when there's certain things that aren't covered at certain times, and yet being a non-vet I didn't know what those were before trying to make the claim.

Thankful and Wishful
I have been very pleased with Trupanion. If I had one wish it would be for them to cover prescription dog foods. Both my dogs due to medical problems have to be on prescription dog food. Trupanion only covers this twice per policy for temporary conditions. I wish they would change that due to the high cost of the prescription dog foods.

Our puppy's medical issue taken care of!
We have had several claims as our puppy has had an issue which needed to be addressed with lab workand meds. Our experience with Trupanion has been truly wonderful! I am so grateful we have this insurance to give us peace of mind with our sweet puppy!!

The staff member that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with her personal line to call back with questions and walked me through the process. She explained everything in detail and helped me choose the best plan for my dog. Excellent customer service.

Success
We were very happy with our choice. The claim was easy to file. The reimbursement into our checking account was fast. And the monthly cost is reasonable.

Great friendly service needing a small improvement...
The company is great to deal with. Easy signup and streamlined claim process. Customer service is easy to connect and is very personable to deal with. One star was taken away due to the company's lack of transparency. This issue can be rectified if the client performs due diligence before signing up but there is a "pre-enrollment exam" that is required and that requirement is not very clear in the brochure or on its website. An awkward interaction was necessary to resolve this issue but fortunately, the company's amicable customer service came through and resolved the issue satisfactorily. Otherwise, I highly recommend this service to pet owners.

KEEPS GETTING BETTER
Embrace keeps getting better! They include payment for meds, accept credit card payments without a surcharge, have lessening deductibles when no claims presented, pay the veterinarians exam fee and more. The claims process is "faster than my ex"...insurance company that is! I transferred coverage of all of my dogs from another bogusly high rated insurer that doesnt pay the vets visit or ER fee and outsources to the Phillipines.. LOOK, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE, AND A WARM EMBRACE AS OPPOSED TO A COLD SHOULDER!

Great Service/Great Coverage
I am a veterinary technician and I always recommend pet insurance to my clients with new puppies or kittens. I have dealt with numerous pet insurance companies through work and have never come across nicer representatives or support staff than PetPartners. I recommend PetPartners to my clients whenever they ask for recommendations. I am lucky that my two cats are healthy and that I work for an amazing veterinarian who gives staff discounts but I feel better knowing my pets are covered if anything drastic happens and I have to take them to emergency where I may not be so lucky with pricing. I always tell my clients that insurance is all based on what you want or need from it and who much you are willing to pay per month or per year. The coverage my cats are getting is definitely worth the cost.
