Easy to submit claims
Best decision of my life was to get Nationwide pet insurance. Super easy to submit claims and it's even easier to understand what is covered. My pet has needed quite a bit of work done this past year. Without the insurance, I would have paid way more money.

Quick and easy
Overall a very good company with good coverage at a reasonable price. My only wish would be if they were to have their own app for making claims instead of using a third party. Would be nice to have the ability to not only submit a claim (what it currently does) but to also check on its status as it works through the process. Otherwise, very happy with the plan and service.

You all are really good at finding ways to not pay anything for our dog's health expenses. You don't really provide any value. If we had set aside all of the premiums in a savings account we would have been better off. I think your service borders on being a scam, but because you have your fine print you can get away with not paying. Once my dog dies, I will cease doing business with you all. We had a similar experience with another insurance company and were hoping it would be different with you guys. It's just more of the same.
