I did not have to worry about anything only my payment. It was still costly, but so much better than having to pay the whole thing. Thank you for your quick response and concern. I so appreciate it. There is one thing I couldn't understand about my cost though and maybe you could explain it to me. I understand that I had to pay the tax, exam and my deductible, but I don't understand the 10% before taxes. Thank you again for your swift reaction and kindness

Because I have a great policy that has covered almost everything I needed to be covered. You may be a little higher in price than others but you have always paid what you said you would. Every time I have call Customer Care Reps that have all been friendly and helpful in answering any questions I have

Trupanion is 100 % reliable and always kind to us. That was so nice when our dog was so sick. I didn't worry that the cost would be an issue as we had great coverage. The cost was 90%covered and I received emails from Companion that expressed such concern and kindness. Very much appreciated their expressions of concerns and fast service.

Trupanion coverage is exceptional
We have been members for approximately 7 years and I cannot rate Trupanion highly enough. The efficient, prompt service we have received through the years has been exceptional. As owners of a dog with ongoing multiple health issues, I don't know what we would have done without Trupanion. They are clear and upfront about what they cover, their coverage and rates are fair and there are never any unexpected negative outcomes. Such a relief when dealing with a sick dog who is like a member of your family. Highly recommend anyone with a dog (or cat) to have Trupanion coverage.

Need alot of improvement
The cost of the insurance isnt bad. Getting the information in to make claims is difficult, putting information to male a claim is difficult. Getting correct information from customer service is difficult. This last claim went through fine. I was happy with the recent improvement in getting the claim processed. However, I am always worried the claim may not be covered.

I 'd thought that shopping for health insurance for the dogs was the most "Yuppie" thing I'd ever done, but over the past six years it's turned out to be well worth it. As vet bills climbed (and our vets have rightly earned it!), we needed to insure our pets. Embrace had reasonable rates and a great word-of-mouth reputation from my friends in the Boykin world, and I was impressed by their bright, well-trained employees. Sold! Over the years, Embrace has deservedly grown, but they've maintained their stellar customer service. We seldom speak to our initial agent, Deidre, now, but all who answer the phone are kind, caring, and efficient. And though the payout time has gotten a wee bit longer over the years, the "embracers" at the other end of the phone have guided us through the claims process so that we've never had a claim questioned or denied. During this final struggle to save our girl's life, they've helped simplify the claims, and have been paying them out quickly. And everyone we speak to is so empathetic, we truly feel we've been "Embraced.." We wouldn't go anywhere else!
