Excellent efficient service
Our vet puts claim through and refund is fast. Very happy . It's nice all the yrs paying into it all it's nice to have claims pretty much pd for now because of Oscars Cushings .

Trupanion has always been very good about covering claims with no additional work on my part.
Trupanion has always been very good about covering claims with no additional work on my part. I just lost my oldest dog to lymphoma, and with Trupanion covering the claims with no stress, I knew that when we said goodbye to Fiona we had done everything we could for her, and that we made decisions based on her best interests not on expenses. That peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!

Shy is our 5th dog.
Shy is our 5th dog. Prior to Shy we always had pay cheques every 2 weeks. So a large Vet bill was not a painful financial burden. Now that we are retired and are on the "fixed" income path it would be a great financial burden if we had large vet bills. With this insurance we know we can cover the deductible and there would be no barriers to getting Shy the care she would need. She is 4 years old now and we have not had to use the insurance. However it is reassuring to know expenses would be covered. A former coworker used Trupanion for her dog and was very pleased with the service. She had to utilize the service often.
