When I first got my pug puppy I knew insurance was a good idea after speaking with the vet. I went to the drawing board and did tons of research and Healthy Paws came out at the top based on reviews and the price tag. The process for filing claims is so easy (you can just take pictures of the vet bill from your phone, upload and you’re done!) and the reimbursement process is much faster than I anticipated. If you’re on the fence about pet health insurance I highly, highly recommend this company - their customer service reps are amazing and have been great answering my endless questions!

I was so happy to get pet insurance that was reasonable, flexible to fit my needs, and supportive putting the pets and owners first. My little guy (English Bulldog) was hit with some bad luck leading to several pet visits and eventually a surgery for an infection. A freak thing that 2 vets said they weren't sure of, why. ASPCA was always there to talk through how to submit, expectations for reviews, and follow up to ensure everything was good and that our pet was doing better. Claims were reviewed in a timely fashion and reimbursed just as quick. We love having ASPCA pet insurance, love them as a company, and will be loyal as long as we have pets.
