Very long claim process time
Prices go up yearly. Claim process takes week, so even though they say they will pay the vet directly no vet will wait weeks for payment so you have to pay up front. Then they mailed the reimbursement check to the hospital even though I filled out all of my bank account information through the app for reimbursement.

I had embrace for a couple months before I made a claim and within a couple weeks I made about 6 that totalled to about $1200. It only took a couple days to get reimbursed and I did it all through the app.

Xena just turned a year old when she had sudden episode of severe vomiting and then diarrhea. We had just gotten our pet insurance two months previously and this was our first claim. We had both a vet appointment followed in a couple of days by an emergency vet clinic appointment.
