Easy to use
I am older and do not do anything online on a regular basis. My Pets Best is the only thing that I do online and it is so easy, I can even do it.

Easy claim filing
My vet is the one who submits the claim, and I love the fact that I get an email stating they received the claim and will be processing. Then another email letting me know the claim has been processed along with the eob.

Excellent Service
I recently filed documentation from several visits Sir George had with his vet. The filing process was very easy, claims were processed quickly, and the money was deposited in my bank account with no problem at all. Insurance Review
I really like how fast and easy it is to file a claim and the reimbursement process. It is very convenient. I like having the Whole Wellness and that way I know that most things will be covered and I don't have to worry about my pet. The only downside is that the premium price really jumped from the first year to the 2nd year and my pet is still young and I wasn't really able to get much help from customer services on why that was. I am also worried about how much it will change next year when it is time to renew my policy.

Peace of mind
Having pet insurance is peace of mind. While the increase in premium was a shock I'd rather know my monthly payment and not have to worry having money for an unexpected expense. I highly recommend Nationwide!
