My first claim ever and the claim process was easy . So used to filing paper forms and snail mailing for insurance claims. This on line process worked well of phone scanning the invoice with claims payment straight to bank account .. Fast and easy!!

Customer Service Representative Was a Great Help
I have had a Figo policy since my dog was a puppy and fortunately, I have never needed to submit a claim. My monthly premium increased due to a new underwriter and I needed to find a way to lower my new premium. I placed a call to customer service and Jade was able to explain the increase to me. After the call, Jade called me back with a solution and was so helpful in showing me options. After increasing my deductible, I was able to continue using Figo and have peace of mind knowing that my pet will receive quality vet care if she has an accident or illness. Thank you, Figo and Jade.

Fast easy claim to reimbursement time. I love this insurance plan for Brady my Boston terrier. I have had the best experience since I started Brady on this plan over 4 years years ago. It's affordable and covers his allergy medication and much more. I have recommended this to all my family and friends. Many have also chosen trupanion as their pet insurance.
