We brought our puppy, Roscoe, to the vet for his first wellness check; he was given a clean bill of health and seemed absolutely fine. I went home and registered him with Trupanion--I didn't have to give a credit card or any financial information, he was covered; five or six days later he developed a lung infection which required him to stay at the vet for two days, fluids, anti-nausea meds, antibiotics. Our vet sent the claim to Trupanion, we received an email in about a week telling us that we would receive a check to cover everything other than the $250 deductible which is part of the free plan. Needless to say, we will be continuing our coverage with Trupanion. Thank you so much!

This was a claim my veterinarian was suppose to file and didn't. When I realized this I proceeded to use the on line claim form, found it easy to use. I had a response the same day that my claim had been approved and as requested the funds would be deposited to my bank account. Thanks for the speedy response.

My puppy’s spay surgery was on 9 March. I submitted my claim- one simple picture of the bill uploaded to the APP, and a direct deposit payment was in my account on 26 March. Very easy, hassle-free, and quick!

fast payment, great company, but a little costly
I have only needed them I think 2 times in 10 years or more, but easy to file a claim, and fast payment. premiums are a bit expensive , but necessary .
