Simple and efficient process at a stressful time
I didn't expect the process of submitting a claim to be so simple. I used my phone and took pictures from the paperwork or online. This was particularly important at such a stressful time as Sam was very sick. The submissions took literally a couple of minutes, they were processed promptly and I received the money back with no further questions asked. I have had the insurance policy for years and was lucky enough not to have to use it before now, I'm thankful I chose Nationwide all those years ago.

Healthy Paws has been amazing!! It’s so reasonably priced and affordable and is so easy to submit claims. They are so quick to review claims and just reimburse us through direct deposit! They also sent us an email asking how our dog was doing, since we were submitting of claims due to pneumonia. Best choice we made!!

I cannot say how appreciative I am for my pets insurance. The ease of filing claims and the timely response is greatly appreciated. I had unexpected expenses in excess of $5k and Nationwide did not delay in responding with payment. I am sold for life!

Incredibly fast and fair service!
My baby ate something toxic and needed urgent veterinary care. Thankfully he is OK! The bill was quite shocking though. Also thankfully, we have Nationwide, and I was able to submit the claim easily and immediately through the app on my phone. About a week later, the reimbursement came through! This was incredibly fast and efficient service, not to mention the reimbursement was very fair. THANK YOU Nationwide!

We've had nothing but a very positive experience. At the beginning there was a mess up with our payroll deduction to cover the premiums and Nationwide worked with our HR to get the issue resolved. Claims are very easy to enter and the process works very well. Very happy I signed up!!

Nationwide has excellent customer service and claim work is done quickly, with easy to understand explanation of benefits.
I have only had positive experiences with Nationwide, from my first phone call inquiry, to the speed with which they addressed the claims and deposited the reimbursement to my account. My vet sends in the claim and I get notified right away about coverage and deductible.

Great service.. fast and reliable!
Very easy to submit claims and very fast payment. I linked my bank account to the insurance and that makes it even easier and faster. Can't complain.. all the rules are followed and I never had problems with it. Our dog had a series of things happen to him in a short period of time and we got all of our claims received and accepted without any problems. Our dog had chocolate poisoning followed by an injury at a dog park followed by a rupture of his salivary gland that needed surgery. All of these were covered by our insurance and we found no problems.
