I did not have that much in there and they told me that there was a little astrek that I should’ve looked at well that’s not very transparent is it?

I have never has an issue with trupanion.
I have never has an issue with trupanion. I submit my claims and the claim reimbursement is deposited directly into my checking account. Been with Trupanion for almost nine years - never any issues.

I haven’t had to use the insurance yet. Purely based on ease of signing up it would be an 8 as my vet having an arrangement makes it significantly easier than a cold intro.

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I spoke with an agent to inquire if insulin and needles where covered ,i was told once the claim was submitted and reviewed. I would be notified of the status of the claim Within 48 hrs my claim was approved. and payment made.i highly recommend Trupanion.
