A win for everyone...our pet, us and our vet.
Signing up for Trupanion was easy and I appreciated the ability to choose a deductible that worked for our budget. I also like the fact that our vet is paid directly rather than having to cover large expenses up front and then submit a claim. Our vet likes the plan too. A win for everyone.

Trupanion is almost a 1st Responder!
My claims experience was very positive. Trupanion was responsive and swift in communications. Alerting me to their first receipt of my communication, then to the opening of my claims, and alerting me when the claim was complete and directing me to my account on the web for more details. When they did not have enough info, they alerted me quickly, and responded when I sent in more info as required. Payments were in my bank account very quickly after the claims were processed.

The process was efficient and easy to initiate. Deductible was applied and compensation was applied rather quickly. To be honest I was anticipating a bureaucratic battle. To my surprise the process was transparent and fair.
