Great coverage, easy to use!
I actually haven't had time to see how Lola's claims were processed, or paid yet, so I can only comment on the ease of using Trupanion's online claims submission process - it's great! Very easy to use, and I'm really pleased with some of the upgrades over last 2 or 3 years, as submitting claims has gotten so much easier without having to scan in receipts, which can be a pain to do. I'm always sharing how great Trupanion coverage is for my pet, whenever the topic of pet insurance, or vet expenses comes up. My girl came with it when I got almost 9 years ago and I'm so glad I've kept the coverage.

Put claim in Monday--Paid Wednesday
Easy to use claim service online--just include vet invoice. With direct deposit, paid almost immediately. I had insurance with Healthy Paws for over about 9 years, my dog is 11, and it has always been easy and accurate. I always recommend them to friends and other dog owners.
