Easy/Fast Claims Process
The online claim process is very easy to complete. Reviews of the claim took place quickly with notifications regarding the claim happening at every step. Eligible funds from my claim were deposited within two days of filing the claim. (And the claim was even filed on a Saturday 7/17! Had the funds pending as a deposit in my account on Monday, 7/19). Great service! Great automated processes for claims!

Highly recommend Trupanion
It was really easy to navigate their site and enrollment was also so fast and easy. But most of all, their information was thorough and easy to understand and we were really drawn to Trupanion over other insurance companies we were looking at because of the simplicity and consistency of their plan, the ease of customizing our payment vs. deductible, their full 90% coverage, no payout limits, and their direct billing, many of these stood out to us and were leading factors in enrolling with Trupanion over any of our other options.

My cat had a urinary blockage, thankfully HealthyPaws was here for us
A month ago my cat was straining to urinate. One day he wasn't able to pee at all. After taking him to the ER, they told us that he had a blockage, and that they had to perform surgery, a Perineal Urethrostomy Surgery. The cost was pretty high, but thankfully HealthyPaws covered most of the cost! Highly recommend! The only thing is that HealthyPaws does not put the money upfront. You need to put it from pocket, and then they would eventually refund you.
