Hassle-free and quick!
It's always easy to submit a claim (even easier now that I can take a picture of the invoice and submit through Trupanion's app) and the response time is usually only a few days. Within a few days after that, my reimbursement for applicable medical expenses is in my bank account. So far I haven't had any surprises with treatments not being covered, other than one medication for anxiety, but that was on me for not realizing it wasn't covered under our plan.
