I'd highly recommend Trupanion. Only reason for not giving 10 was because there was an issue with payment transfer for 3 invoices. I was told it was my bank. When i check with the bank they said it wasn't a problem on their end.

My vet is paid by Trupanion directly and the average processing time is 4 minutes. I've never had to fight about having a claim paid and if I have questions about coverage the customer service department is always quick and very helpful.
