My 8-year-old Persian cat has been insured under Trupanion his whole life. All of my claims, without exception, were paid quickly and efficiently. My cat has a chronic condition requiring daily medication, resulting in frequent refills. When I refill the medication, the vet's office bills Trupanion directly. By the time I arrive to pick up the medication, my claim has already been processed. There are no hassles and no delays. I highly recommend Trupanion to all pet owners! Vet hospital received a declined preapproval.
Vet hospital received a declined preapproval. I called trupanion, they reached out to the hospital and were able to get a payment set up and fix a problem with my account within 30 minutes (I made some mistakes when I initially set up the account). Our little boy has been in the ICU for the past 2 days for a 105 fever. Doctor reassured me his health is good now, but still shaky. If I didn't get treatment yesterday afternoon, I would not have my cat alive today. He's only 7 months old but so full of life. Thank you trupanion for giving me peace of mind and letting me worry about my boy and not my payments. He's still in Level 4 ICU being fed chicken baby food, antibiotics, vitamins and fluids. I'm eager to see him again. I miss him so much. At least he's got his blanket and toy doggie.
