So far you have been wonderful.
So far you have been wonderful. My only problem is my Vet hasnât contracted with you , yet. I have to pay first and we donât have credit cards. I have so far only had one claim and it was handled fast The customer service is beyond excellent ! I have talked to several of them and each one was beyond wonderful !! Thanks so much

I submitted claims by fax, and the next day the claims were approved and check mailed to me. We are very pleased with the ease of submitting claims and very rapid response and payment. I also appreciate that an email was sent to me asking how our dog was after her surgery.

This was our first time using Pet Insurance. I was pleasantly supposed at how easy the process was! I clicked submit claim and it walked me through everything. It took maybe 5 minutes to submit my bill. I got my approval and the money was direct deposited toy account. Love it!!!
