Absolutely LOVE Trupanion!
Turnaround time is AMAZING!! I was told in chat 3-5 weeks, which I kind of expected. To my surprise the first one proceeded the next day, before I even had a chance to add my direct deposit information⦠to say I was shocked would still be an understatement. So unfortunately, I did have to wait on a paper check but that was my fault. So make sure you have that set up PRIOR to submitting lol. I sent 2 more claims in on Saturday, they were in my account by Monday afternoon.

First claim
I used my trupanion insurance for my first claim last week. My dogs issue turned out to be a pancreatitis. I paid my vet bills and Trupanion was very quick to get back and reimburse my claim . Very prompt ! Thank you.

Problem Solved
Well, apparently we experienced some sort of glitch with my new policy. Payment went through but, the new policy was nowhere to be found. Somehow it didnt link to my existing account. Fortunately my phone call about the issue led me to Regina who promptly found a remedy to the problem, refunded my original payment and even got me a discount on my new policy! I cannot say enough about Reginas professionalism in not only dealing with my issue but, also finding an easy and painless solution! Thank you again Regina!
