We submitted our claims, and we got a response within two days, posting all the monies due us, and 2 days later our money was deposited into our bank account...I would highly recommend this company they are wonderful, and they are reachable even on the weekends...Would recommend them to everyone..It is so important to have insuranc on all our furry friends...

Once documents received for Tango the claims process took over and very promptly assessed our claim and sent us a direct deposit for the coverage portion due to us. Could not be any easier.
