When my Vet said surgery, I knew we were covered and didn't worry about cost.

When the Vet said TPLO surgery, I knew we were covered and didn't worry about the cost. Once I filed the claim, I got an email stating the claim will be reviewed. It was no more than 10 days later I received my money electronically, I have made claims before for another family pet and again swift and prompt service. The way in which you file is easy, it takes less than 5 minutes to file a claim.

The easiest claim I have ever submitted

I submitted my claims both by mail and by email. They were both so easy to navigate through. Not sure how the other Pet Insurance claim processes are but right now I am glad I went with nationwide. Shadow is too!!!

I was receiving calls and emails that my account was overdue despite having been on auto payment for over a year.

I was receiving calls and emails that my account was overdue, despite having been on auto payment for over a year. She was helpful and took payment over the phone and made sure that I was signed up for autopay. Three hours later I received another call saying my account was overdue.

Peace of Mind

I trust Nationwide to help me manage the care of my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Whole Pet Wellness Plan premium seemed high at first; but, each time I take one of my dogs to the vet, I receive a 90% reimbursement check within a week of filing a claim. There is only a $250 deductible which you can spend on your first visit of the year. The Whole Pet Wellness Plan is definitely the way to go!

I took a few months to THOROUGHLY review a few insurance carriers/plans and I am VERY PLEASED to have chosen Hartville. Your agents are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Your response time to reimburse me for a claim was completely acceptable - and your prices were lower than other companies. I feel comfortable knowing I have coverage with Hartville if anything should happen to Logan. I've never had pet insurance before and I couldn't be happier with choosing you.

I have been extremely happy with Trupanion all these years. Just recently two friends joined when I suggested they do. Forgot to tell them to use my name - oh well. You are always friendly, helpful and prompt on payments.
