I'm upset
I'm upset because there seemed to be a glitch in Trupanion's system regarding my monthly payment here I'm thinking my fee of 34.99 a month is coming out of my account and it has not been paid for 2 months. Trupanion should pay these 2 fees of 34.99 for Oct/Sept since you had a glitch it was not my fault that the amounts were not paid . I hope this never happens again.... now because of the glitch, I have to make up the payments for September and October and I'm not very happy about this at all Dustin was fine he was only the messenger. It's upsetting because no one called me from Trupanion to let me know what was happening.

A good investment
This was the first time I made a claim, so the process was slowed a little because trupanion had to gather my dogs records, but after that was done I was paid quickly.

Did everything online
Did everything online, at work. It was pretty easy and simple. The only update I'd like to see is, when uploading docs, I wish I could upload more than one document at once vs doing "two" claims.
