When dogs age out of our lives, the end is highly traumatic. Even worse is watching them go through the pain that disease brings them. Money is only one of the heartaches along the way, and having a bit of it returned for an animal's care is a big relief. Thanks for making this horrible process just a bit easier.
Spot, please stop trying to silence a genuine review
Spot this company seriously monitors people's reviews and will take down most negative ones but also leave enough to make them look realistic. In my opinion, this is one way that they intimidate you and they have tried to do this on trustpilot. To have my reviews removed. Spot has committed insurance fraud and all staff I've contacted as blown me off for weeks if not months. If Spot replies to this comment, then it will be proof positive they only care about saving face and don't give a darn about me and my pet. Also, every single time there is a bad review, someone posts a 5-star review pretty much an hour after Spot replies. I believe they are paying for positive reviews bc the timing reveals a pattern AND bc Spot clearly does shady things to preserve a rapidly deteriorating reputation. Cesar Milan will not save you and it looks like he revoked his support of your company anyway. Creepy bunch.
