I had to take my 21 week kitten to the hospital and he was admitted to ICU. The peace of mind knowing I coukd do what it took to help him made this so much easier.

Do not get fetch pet if you have a pound puppy or rescue dog!

Do not, I repeat, do not get Fetch pet insurance if you have a rescue dog or an adopted dog from someone else. They will not cover anything and will tell you that everything is pre-existing. Our poor Puff who was rescued off the street near death and we adopted back to life had to get all her teeth taken out. They did not pay for one single vet first check up visit or the final visit to get all the teeth out. Not even partially. If you get a dog from the pound, do not get Fetch pet!!! Also if your vet ever says that your dog has even tartar on their teeth, you can forget filing any claims for any oral work on your dog forevermore. Read the policy. Pretty shady in between the lines.

It was good but frustrating at times

It was good, but left me with some questions - I would like to have been more easily able to compare what I already have with what I am purchasing. I didn’t see anywhere to put Paisley’s actual birthday-I put “2” she is almost 2 - she is Milo’s littermate but now she looks older.

Hoping to be a satisfied customer 🙂

A friend recommended this pet insurance. She has been very pleased. I trust her judgement so I thought i would give it a try.

I submitted my dog’s required…

I submitted my dog’s required veterinary exam records on December 13 as part of the policy review process. Since then, I have received no meaningful response or follow-up. The only communication I’ve gotten has been automated emails stating that my submission was “received” or “viewed,” but there has been no actual update, timeline, or human response for weeks. For an insurance service—especially one involving pets’ health—this lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. If additional documents or time are needed, that should be clearly communicated. I hope the company can improve its review process and customer communication, as this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the service.
