Denied without contacting my vet
First, the claim submission process was an email as the app continued to ask me to re-login, although I was logged in. When trying to re-login I got the message “we dont recognize this device” so an email was sent to me to verify. Clicking the verification it said “this link has expired”…it was sent 10 seconds prior and never used. They finally acknowledged my claim over a month after I submitted. That email asked for any contact information for the prior vet, so I sent that to them. I received an email 2.5 wks later denying the whole claim, but requesting information to reconsider, from the vet who’s contact information I already provided. This insurance is a scam at best, unable to cancel through the app and when I tried to cancel my Cats, due to their terrible service, their system hung up on me. 0 stars! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Slow to process then quick to deny
Slow processing time and then your claims are denied for preexisting without them taking the time to throughly understand the care received. Don’t waste your money! There are better options for quick claims processing and payouts.

Its pretty easy to work with filing a claim, checking benefits etc. My one suggestion, and learned from experience is you ask how my pet is and when Im filing she usually is good/fine and the vet visit was something minor or check up and that. I answer 'good' but it doesnt indicate that you are looking for the reason for the visit in that spot and if it was a visit to check on a problem you need SOAP notes.
