Great Customer Agent Karley!
Let me start out by saying talking to a real life, understandable Customer Service representative is a big plus with me. Karley Goulash is professional, personable, and thorough in helping me register my new dog Freedom. Karley helped me understand each of the plans that I have chosen for my pets care and how I would facilitate a claim with fetch should I need it. Very, very satisfied I’d keep Karley on the payroll anytime.

As the dog mom of a pet who has had many health issues, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for Healthy Paws. Their service is outstanding and the response time for the claims is fast. The process for submitting claims is incredibly simple, and the app very helpful. Pathetic company… Wasted my time and efforts
I purchased the auto policy in Aug and now they have cancelled it without any reason by just stating that it was cancelled in under writing. Trying to get in touch with them so that i could either fix it by knowing the reason or to buy a new one again but couldn’t find any way to contact them and they never answered my emails. What a pathetic experience!
