Trupanion is the best !
Trupanion is easy to submit claims, reimbursement arrives quickly and most importantly the customer service is wonderful, helpful and answers all questions I’ve had. No haggling over vet bills or tons of exclusions like other insurers( which I’ve had). I don’t have to worry about whether a vet visit will be covered and it’s great peace of mind.

My little guy needed to get neutered this year , after going through the process I submitted all claims and they were promptly evaluated and the reimbursement processed timely. I am very happy with the easy process. The app is very intuitive

Pets Best Insurance service.
Typically, I include the SOAP notes with my claims to avoid delays. However, I haven't been doing that lately. I appreciate the updates from PetBest regarding the status of my claims. Some of the delay could be due to the Vet Center being busy. Pet Best has polite and respectful customer service. They are supportive and responsive
