This experience was way better than the last experience I had, because how long it took to process my claim and the fact, there was an issue with me sending all the information you guys needed, but no one contacted me so I could correct it.

I have nothing bad to say about…
I have nothing bad to say about Metlife. Sure it can take sometimes 2 or 3 weeks to get reimbursed, but I haven't had any problems getting reimbursed. They have been a life saver to me! I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing I am covered if my fur babies have an emergency or illness. I also really am so grateful they help pay for prescription pet food. I've had a cat with rodent ulcers and allergies that have been a nightmare to figure out what's causing them. Metlife is such a blessing to me!

The Best Pet Insurance
I have had Trupanion for 12 +years! My first dog had allergies to almost everything and I never could have been able to care for him with the doctor, allergist, and all the prescriptions without Trupanion! He also had a few surgeries and Trupanion came through as well! My new puppy started with Trupanion the day I brought her home. She had a 30 day waiting period before the insurance would start covering, I was told that any diagnosis that was made in the 30 days waiting period would not be covered ever. This is something new for me and I do understand the need to screen dogs, with EVERYTHING costing more. Hopefully, my puppy will not have too many issues with her dx made in the 30 day wait period. I have still found Trupanion the best and most helpful insurance for pets out there!🐾
