Lifesaver
PB has literally saved our dog’s life. Our dog was diagnosed with a challenging condition 5 months ago. We were able to move forward with treatment without delay thanks to our PB coverage. They’ve covered everything their policy said it would without harassing us or our vet for exhaustive information. Claims are easy to file from your phone. I have no complaints about PB and recommend them to everyone.

Don’t get wellness insurance.
Our claim was denied because it was not administered by a veterinarian. So the vet ordered the shot, but since their tech is the one that actually gave it, the service wasn’t covered. Ridiculous. Can’t cancel service and ever since I raised questions, every claim has been denied for silly reasons like this.
I love Pets Best!
I used to have a different pet insurance before and getting in contact with them, or filing claims was always so difficult. Ever since I switched over to PetsBest, I really enjoyed my time. It is unfortunate that I've had to take both of my cats to the emergency vet recently, but I definitely did not stress about finances, knowing that PetsBest had my back, was very responsive, And reached out to me within 24 hours if the claim wasn't filled out properly. This allowed me to fix my issue in an efficient manner and get paid back again very quick. Their invoice processing is very clear as to which funds they give back. I highly recommend PetsBest for everyone.

My Belgian Sheepdog, Sienna, was diagnosed with brain encephalitis last January and was in treatment until May. Pets. Best Was responsive in handling her medical bills in accordance with her her plan. She had a relapse of the encephalitis in October of this year. Although the response time for reimbursement had been slower than I would like, I am generally quite satisfied with how this company has responded. I would give them an overall rating of very good/excellent.

"On November 19, I took my dog to the vet for lameness. He was x-rayed and given medication. Two days later on November 21 I got an email explaining everything and showing the amount that I would be reimbursed. On November 27, it was deposited into my account! I was totally shocked at the speed that this claim was resolved. Great job! Thank you!"
I recommend Pets Best
I have had Pets Best for my dog for about 6 years. As he gets older, the number of claims I have filed for him has gone up, but Pets Best has always been great. I compare pet insurance to human insurance and, honestly, I wish I could have pet insurance for myself. Claim filing is super easy, claims are processed relatively quickly (2-4 weeks typically, which is incredible for insurance). They have never rejected a claim either - if the condition/medication is covered, I get reimbursed. No fuss. The only thing I have ever been irritated by is the time for the reimbursed money to be deposited into my account - it has taken anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Not sure if that's Pets Best or my bank, but it could definitely be faster. Overall though, I really have no complaints. I will be sticking with Pets Best for future pets.

WSU Vet school small animal hospital, Yakima Valley Veterinary and having Pets Best Saved our dogs life.
We have Had pets our whole life. Never had pet insurance and never needed it. For some reason I felt led to buy it 3 yrs ago for our two always healthy Eskies When our 8 yr old Eskie lost half his body weight for unknown reason we took him to IMS specialist at WSU Vet Clinic for testing to learn he wasn't processing the protein he was eating, He spent 8 days in their emergency hospital clinic at $600 night just for his stay at the hospital. Because we had pet insurance we weren't forced to make an unwanted decision and were able to have the clinic provide any testing and care needed to help save our dogs life knowing 90% of our bill would be reimbursed to us, 4 months later with weekly B12 shots, a few other meds, limited ingredient novel protein diet and bi-weekly blood work to see if his abulmin level in his blood was increasing. Kodi is doing well. Pets Best has been such a blessing to us as they will continue to pay any bills related to his PLE problem for the remainder of his insurance year without any more deductibles..Their app is easy to submit a claim and a couple weeks later our reimbursement is deposited in our bank account. Their customer service agents are friendly, caring and knowledgable. I highly recommend them for your pet! My only small complaint is reimbursement can seem slow but is really only about 3+ weeks. Its comforting knowing we can provide our dogs with the care they need if any illness or accident occurs. Thank you Pets Best for saving our dogs life along with Dr. Kim our IMS specialist at WSU and our wonderful reg Vet Dr. Julie Young. Karen
