They were very fast processing and reimbursing claims for my dog. they also reached out by email to see how my dog was feeling. it was very easy to upload copies of my receipts. I was very happy that I have the insurance to pay for the medical needs for my dog.
Everything is a pre-existing condition
This company has the worst customer service. I have been running in circles trying to get more information on why my pet’s claim was declined. Each email and phone call they give me the same general answer of “it was a pre-existing condition” but when I ask how this is determined and show proof that it was not a pre-existing condition they cannot give me any information. They will deem everything pre-existing so they do not reimburse anything. Customer service is all run by bots so it is extremely difficult to talk to a real person.

Won't pay claim
Submitted claim. Embrace wanted more details from the vet, also from the first vet that they required a wellness check when we adopted the dog from the shelter. Paperwork submitted but they wanted more. There is no more. Dog with us less than a year, from a shelter, got wellness review when purchased policy for which I pay for one year coverage up front. They keep saying they want more paperwork. There is none and so they just have not paid anything on the claim and I am reviewing to suggest others stay away from this compay.

Great pet insurance and claim process
Using this pet insurance and filing my claims were simple and reasonable.
Absolutely pathetic
Every time I submit a claim they say that they need more information and can't process my claim. Half the stuff that I submit for a claim they deny. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund and they keep saying that they need more information when the app won't even download on my phone. I've had countless problems with their app. I'm done. I'm about to just switch insurance companies.
Illness claim
Pets Best worked surprisingly well. My pup was vomiting for over 24 hours so I took him to the vet. Based on the vet's experience and my dog's symptoms, he just treated the nausea rather than doing a lot of exploratory procedures. I was worried that the insurance would not cover it since there wasn't a cause determined, but they did (towards my deductible). The claims process was very easy and the communication was clear. I did a lot of research before purchasing this policy and it worked as well as I had hoped.
Best Insurance Ever
I have had to file several claims, but all have been paid without a problem. Filing us super easy and the customer service is superb. I had gotten a different Insurance for anothwr one of my dogs because it was cheaper and promised a higher reimbursement, well, you know how the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Needless to say I ended up adding my puppy to my current insurance and now I refer people to Pets Best all the time because I know it really is the Best out there!

Amber is the best . She is super awesome and has my loyalty. She’s so good to the point where I had to inform my Vet about her and the services she provide. She really cares about the kiddos and mines. She gave great advice to me about my kiddos. I was given another quote by Chewy when I spoke with their Vet after hours in panic about Gracious my 11 month old Black Tie cat. She had her appt today and it was conjunctivitis basically pink eye. I called my Vet ten times over the past two days even though I had an appt and they said it was that over the phone. After the Vet transferred me to their insurance department which was basically to give me access to video visits with their Vet 24/7 . Chewy is awesome and they care about my kiddos as well. Amber is so awesome, she has my loyalty, so I had to call her and ask questions to add more services to my quote. I hope she now knows that she don’t have to follow up with me. I will be calling her to give her my information in two weeks. She is the best, if there was a way that I could buy her a lunch as a thank you, I would. I appreciate people that care about my kiddos. I would stick with her even if the quote was expensive because she has their best interest.
