My request

I requested that a Breeding rider be added to my female's policy. Jay took care of this, but told me that it could not be added until Feb 26 because her enrollment date is the 26th, and then the coverage would not begin until 30 days after that. I asked if this new coverage could please be added immediately by prorating the # of days between the call and the 26th of the month. I understand the 30 day wait time. She said that starting the coverage any sooner was not possible. If my dog needs to be bred prior to March 26, I will of course cancel the extra coverage because it is of no use. Not happy.

Lifesavers

Healthy Paws has truly been an affordable lifesaver for my 2 year old mini bull terrier that has undergone 4 surgeries now. So sympathetic for our loss.

We lost our pet earlier this week, and it meant a lot to me for Rosa to be so sympathetic for our loss. I felt like she really cared about us and how we were feeling, and she didn't try to sell us on anything. That goes a long way towards building trust
