Talked to Peter, and he was very thorough and patient. Often I asked him to repeat dog insurance information to me several times until I could completely understand your plan. He was very helpful.

Embrace came through
Embrace came through when I needed them for my mini aussie Taz dental care. My gorgeous sweet mini Aussie Taz broke his molar possibly on an acorn. The dental vet specialists tried to save the tooth but in the end they needed to extract it and place a bone graft. This was quite an expense. I have Embrace insurance as well as well care and after I reached my deductible, Embrace came through and paid 80% and really help me afford the excellent care Taz received. I am committed to Taz health and having Embrace helps me to achieve that goal. Their great! Best insurance company for animals ever. They come through and do what they say with being highly communicative.

Seamless Claim Submission and Approval
My best friend is a veterinarian, and when I adopted an English Bulldog she recommended i get health insurance for her through Embrace and I'm so glad that I did. The Embrace staff is accessible and communicative and have always thoroughly answered my questions about the different benefit and policy options available -- they are great over the phone, through the online chat box, and over email. The claims I have submitted electronically have all been approved quickly and seamlessly, and the vet clinics we have worked with -- both my dog's general practitioner and her specialists (she is a bulldog after all) -- always tell us Embrace is the easiest insurer to work with. This is a great company.

Fast service and excellent customer service
I have a $200 deductible policy. I submitted my claim on their web site, easy, fast, only requires a copy of the paid invoice from the vet. Within 7 days the cost, minus the deductible, was automatically deposited to my bank account. This company has great customer service, reasonably priced policies with a good choice of different policy offers. Payment of the claim was made quickly and efficiently. Their policies are well spelled out as to what is covered and what is not depending on your choice and depending on preexisting conditions. I have had two previous companies for my three dogs and one cat. . Pets Best is faster with reimbursement and has better customer service, better policy options.

Acquiring Pet Insurance is best thing i ever did as a pet owner.
We have been pet owners for about 18 years, our rescue kitties died of old age, we took a break from pet ownership for about 2 years and decided to adopt (2) kittens, brother and sister who were abandoned, I had heard about pet insurance and was encouraged to get it so I did, we hadn't had insurance with our previous pets because we simply didn't know about it. Within 2 months of ownership our girl kitten Arya developed a limp, turns out to be "Patella Luxation" fancy word for her kneecap is out of the socket and wont go back in, between diagnosis, surgical consult, and actual surgery to repair it, the cost was significant, over $3000. ASPCA insurance not only paid most of the costs associated with the claim, they actually called me to see how Arya was doing during her recovery. Hands down, getting Pet insurance with ASPCA was the smartest thing I have ever done as a pet owner. I highly recommend anyone who owns a pet do the same and ASPCA was a great choice for our family.

Embrace Comes Through Again!
I have had Embrace pet insurance since my labs were young. They have consistently come through for our family in a timely fashion. After my Gracie suffered a spinal stroke in 2012, it required months of intensive surgery, and Embrace lived up to their claims and covered exactly what they promised to. I am impressed with the timeliness of their reimbursements and their level of kind communication. They are a company I can highly recommend and do so on a regular basis.

Fantastic Company
This has been the best thing I ever did for my pet. She has been sick this year and all of my claims have been reviewed and paid in a short time. When I have had to ask questions anyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful.
