Great experience
Terrific coverage. Our wonderful dog, Max, eats everything. Especially, things he should not. Took a very sick Max to the vet. Many dollars later, he is better. Embrace came through and covered just about the entire bill. The process was very fast. Overall, a great experience.

Nationwide is a godsend!
We had two scary situations with our Persian boy Teddy within a week of each other and totally unrelated. He got into a flower arrangement we had and ate a piece of a Lilly flower, which is toxic to cats but thank god he was ok. We got a bill of over $2000. The following week Teddy had a seizure and again we rushed him to the hospital. They ran a bunch of tests and everything came back negative. We still don’t know what caused it but they put him on anti seizure medication until we do an MRI next month. We received another bill just over $2000. I submitted all the receipts to Nationwide and I couldn’t believe how easy and non stressful it was. I wasn’t sure what to expect but to my surprise there was no hassle, no questions, no aggregation at all. My claims were processed and checks were in the mail to me within a week. They even sent me an email advising me they received everything. It was the best insurance experience I have ever had. We still don’t know what’s causing Teddy’s seizures which is stressful enough, but not having to worry as much, about the financieal part of it is a godsend. Thank you Nationwide! As long as I have fur babies, I will have you.

Making it easier when being a pet parent gets ruff!
When our puppy needed shoulder surgery ASPCA Pet Insurance made everything so much easier. Filing claims was a breeze and reimbursement was quick and painless. Their top notch service (calling to ask how the patient was!) made a really frustrating period a whole lot better for our family!

Prompt accurate processing and payment of all my claims, as a new customer and first time pet insurance person.
actually the title of my claim says all you need to know... from properly uploading my claim documents on Embrace website, and Embrace processing claim and posting payment(via direct deposit) Embrace has average 3 business days. just wow. the number of claims i have filed (have puppy) and the payouts have more then covered the total premiums I have paid thus far. having pet insurance and this stage of my TRIXIES life has helped put me at ease ..knowing i don't have to worry about high vet bills.. Embrace even has a great Wellness feature that pays normal routine costs for an affordable fee..

Very Easy to use...Even I can do it!
The initial Claim service takes a couple of weeks, but once the first one is done...the rest are completed in a matter of a couple days. Very easy to use, very user friendly and great Reps if there are any questions. They even called to see how my dog was doing weeks after the fact. Such a great company!
