Better than Human Insurance!
While I was unhappy I had to take my cat to the vet and animal hospital twice in one week I was thrilled with how easy it was to file my claim and how fast we were reimbursed. You should be a model for the health care system for people.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOPS
THE EMBRACERS ARE VERY HELPFUL, NOT AS TYPICAL INSURANCES ADJUSTER LOOKING FOR LOOP-HOLDS, SO AS TO NOT HAVE TO PAY A CLAIM. i HAVE HAD A FEW CLAIMS WITH CASSIE, MY 1 YR OLD ST BERNARD. TH REFUND WENT DIRECTLY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING THERE.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to the staff at Embrace
The staff at Embrace is wonderful, not to mention the benefits are as well. I decided to get pet insurance for my girls after a long costly battle with kidney failure in my lab. Not in a million years did I think I would need it as soon as I did.. my golden retriever was diagnosed with lymphoma 7 months after my lab passed. The staff was so helpful and sent kind messages to me when processing Nyla's claims. Not even two years later and two rounds of chemo, which was covered, my Nyla had to be put to rest. I sent the last of her claims this week. With every confirmation email of receipt, I received a personal message from the processors. Embrace also lit a candle in Nyla's memory it had been very hard but Embrace has made it much easier on me. Thanks so much Embrace! I recommend you to all my friends with pets.

Pets best is garbage when it comes to handling claims in a timely fashion.
Pets best makes it sound like they handle claims quick and easy with little hassle. That is far from the case, I have been waiting two weeks, and there has been absolutely no progress made. They almost act incompetent to stall out the process as long as possible. If they need info, they don’t contact you. They just wait until eventually you call to see about the progress of the claim. I literally had to hound them, I’m talking at least 5 phone calls cuz they kept saying they didn’t receive a fax. They come up with one bs story after another. My advice would be to use ASPCA for insurance. They don’t cover as much but they don’t jerk around and handle their business appropriately.
