I've got 3 dogs insured with you.
I've got 3 dogs insured with you. I've never had any problems with claims and been generally happy. But this time it, Kevin needed surgery ASAP and I called to get a pre-approval pronto as it was my only choice. I couldn't pay up front. Kimmy answered everything for me and seriously got to work and within an hour or so I had the answer and was able to give my dog surgery so he could walk again. I couldn't be happier and more relieved. Worth every penny!
