Friendly customer service, long review time for claims.

The customer service at Nationwide has always been friendly and easy to deal with. I have their most expansive coverage, so there has never been any trouble getting a claim approved and reimbursed for. However, waiting 3-4 weeks is never fun, especially when you have larger claims such as neutering or other surgeries.

This is the easiest insurance company ,ever, to work with.

I have never dealt with a more responsive (pet or human needs) company. As long as you follow their instructions, and submit proper documentation, you will be amazed at how quickly your claim is paid.

Very responsive

We bought this insurance for our new puppy and have been pleased at that response and payment of claims. I have taken issue with them over some of the preventative medicine coverage but have been happy overall with the company.

Exceptional coverage with quick reimbursement

My large breed mixed lab suffered a full ACL tear requiring TPLO surgery. Having gone through this same injury five years earlier with my golden, I fully understood the ramifications of the injury to the dog and my pocketbook ($5,000 alone for the surgery cost). I also understand the time required post-surgery to heal and the need for rehab for several months. Luckily, this time I had insurance. I was unsure if the surgery would be covered in addition to the rehab but Healthy Paws paid 90% as stated in the policy. Reimbursment was fast and the customer care was excellent. My lab is healing wonderfully due to the work of my fantastic surgeon and the rehab at the same vet clinic. Thanks to Healthy Paws, my girl is able to run again and be a dog, and I can rest easy not having to pay out all that money again.

Amazing service and turn around time

My puppy has been the vet more than one would expect because he love anything that’s not his. Nationwide has been nothing but awesome with my claims. And the ability to use an app to upload claims means I can send it in before I even leave the vet office!

ASPCA Pet Health insurance gives me piece of mind

Having ASPCA Pet Health insurance is definitely worth it & very helpful when the unexpected happens or even just for taking your pet in for routine exam. Claims are very east to make and processed in about a week & can be made directly to your bank account. Loving having it, especially having a french bulldog.
