We have so many health issues with our pet. Without the insurance we may have had to make some very hard sacrifices. We truly appreciate how great Trupanion is when it comes to helping our fur baby.

In the past we've had great experiences with Trupanion.
In the past, we've had great experiences with Trupanion. We've recommended you to SO many other pet owners. Unfortunately, things have been very different recently. Everyone we've spoken with has been extremely kind, understanding, and professional... however, we've been waiting weeks and weeks for a resolution to a simple issue, filled with empty promises, miscommunications, mistakes, etc. We're constantly told it will be fixed within a few days, but weeks go by. I was promised calls from Ashley, Christina, Louise, and also a manager. I was told I'd hear back either over the weekend or by the beginning of the week (at the latest). I still haven't heard from any of the 4 people. We were also told verbally that our appeals had been overturned (in our favor), only to have another issue the next day when we received emails saying they were denied. Meanwhile, we have charges on our credit card that we should have been reimbursed for months ago. Everyone is very nice - and I have to give credit for that. But the actual execution of handling the issues just seems to be filled with miscommunication between various Trupanion employees, followed by promises and resolutions and phone calls that all haven't happened. Really hoping this changes, as we've never had this type of issue with Trupanion until recently.
