Excellent claims service!
I have had insurance on my kitty, Shadow, since I got her at 6 months. We recently had to file a claim on her (the first time ever); she's been diagnosed with diabetes. We're working with the vet now to stabilize her blood sugar and I've filed a couple of claims with Embrace. Their claims service was fast and efficient. I am so grateful that I took out this coverage for my baby when she was little. It has certainly made an extremely stressful time a bit easier to bear; no hassle with the claims and clear, understandable explanation of benefits. Thank you, Embrace, for lightening a bit of our load.

Caring People, Excellent Coverage
I have had an Embrace policy on my last two boxers and have been more than satisfied. I volunteer with a rescue group and have recommended the company for the coverage they provide, the good service, the willingness to consider, and the promptness of payment. I am not sure what it would take to make this a "10" -- maybe higher coverage! Thank you, Embrace.

Nationwide makes having pet insurance easy! Getting my dogs on a plan was easy! The claims process is easy! If I have questions, the people who help are knowledgeable! And if it is easy I am going to use it and tell other to!

Really appreciate how easy it is to file a claim
We were hesitant to buy pet insurance not knowing how hard it would be to file a claim -- and have it approved. We are happy to say that after filing our first claim we are very pleased with the service and glad we decided to purchase insurance for our beloved Benson.

Very good though I did have to chase up second payment which was for second day of same treatment. Apparently it was a mistake,
Overall very good just the one hiccup with the second day of Persephone’s treatment. Not sure why they put a hold on the payment but after two call it was resolved and payment was released and received. We were very glad we had the insurance. Now they have added at “no extra charge a 24/7 call or chat service which is a great idea.

Super fast service, the lady that help me was very calm wich made me calm down too, took the info by phone and I was set up in no time, we arrived at the emergency room and everything went very smoothly from registration approval and getting my money deposited to my account in no time. I'm so happy I have truepanion for my girl. Thank you sooo much I highly recommend truepanion to anyone that loves their fur baby
