Embrace is the BEST!
I decided to insure my dog with Embrace Pet Insurance after reading many reviews on this site. I am so glad I did!! My lab is 2 years old and fell down our hardwood stairs and tore his CCL in his knee. I took him to the vet right away and was told to go see an Orthopedic surgeon because he most likely needed a TPLO procedure done. I didn't have time to submit a pre-authorization form for the surgery ($3500) but sent all the paper work in hoping that it would get covered. We are exactly 1 week from surgery and my claim was paid in full- check is on the way. WOW. AND when I called to talk to them last week about his procedure the first thing the lady asked me on the phone was if I was OK. She was more concerned about me and my dog than dollars and cents. Do yourself a favor and check Embrace out. Call them and see for yourself. Their customer service is top notch.

Cares about pet, fast reimbursement
The vets office can file the claims directly and Hartville sends reimbursement very quickly - easy process. Hartville calls to check how the dog is doing after medical treatment - seems to care more than human insurance companies.

Thank God for Nationwide Pet Insurance!
Little did we know that our precious Tiny Toy Red Poodle RUBY would have several major health problems in her early lifetime. We have been very blessed to have this Insurance Coverage. Friendly and helpful
Fast, professional, friendly, helpful and Trupanion has lots of integrity. Trupanion pays claims as opposed to trying to find reasons not to pay, which is so true for so many human insurance companies. I always recommend Trupanion and I tell people to get this insurance as soon as possible.
