I've insured my 12 year-old dog Zoey with Embrace 12 years ago- since I adopted her. I've never doubted my choice in pet insurer. They have been consistently easy to work with, responsive to any inquiry, and really fast processing claims. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Embrace. Thank you Embrace team!

Always a pleasant experience
I used the VitusVet app to take pictures of my receipts and claim form and I was able to easily submit my claim. No fax machines or mailing in any forms. I then received an acknowledgement email from Nationwide and then received my reimbursement and explanation of benefits. The best part about Nationwide is that they always reimburse me accurately and I never have to question if I'm getting everything I should. I trust them so I just have to submit the receipt and I know they'll process it correctly.
