Great to deal with but slow on claims payments.
Have always received good customer service but the claims times have become longer lately , so not sure what is going on. Still paying as promised, just taking longer than it ever did in the past.

Simply put, we would not be able to afford the surgery our dog needs without our Trupanion policy. I am SO GLAD I bought the coverage; it has been worth every penny. And now that I actually have a claim, Trupanion representatives have been PHENOMENAL. Pleasant, professional, patient, prompt, extremely helpful, and genuinely concerned about my dog's wellbeing. They have made sure I get the maximum benefits my policy coverage allows. I am HIGHLY IMPRESSED. Will ALWAYS buy Trupanion insurance for my future pets!

Trupanion always handles any claim quickly and efficiently. Everyone you speak to is always friendly and caring.
Any time i have had to submit a claim or have a question they are always very helpful. Everyone there is kind and takes time to make you feel like they do actually care about what your are going thru. I wish human insurance companies would be as helpful and caring.
