Slow claim review process

Took two months to review my claim and get a payment. Slow communication and unhelpful customer service agents who are only empowered enough to read of the same information you can find online yourself

Nationwide is the Best Insurance!

All of our 5 animals are insured by Nationwide. Three dogs and two cats. Easy to file claims and the associates who answer the phone are terrific. Highly recommend Nationwide!

They care like family.

I have nationwide on both my dogs and have had a plan for nearly 2 years. I won’t even consider canceling for any reason. They care just about my dogs as our family does. They have exceptional customer service and always follow up. I have recommended them to 4 friends who have gotten their coverage from them. They all agree - exceptional service is what keeps us staying.

I had a good Experience

My poor Dachshund dislocated her hip. Thank goodness for PetsBest. I sent in my claims..... very easy with the App. They paid my big and small claims I sent in. If you don’t want to call them they even respond through text message. The company is good and Like any insurance company make sure you review your contract and ask questions before purchasing to see which plan works best for you.

Thank you Nationwide for providing good comprehensive pet insurance

I'm 72 years old and rescued Winston when he was 4 1/2 years old. He's my baby and my best friend, at 13 years old, he has some issues, but I'm right on top of things when it comes to him. Just knowing I have the insurance with Nationwide makes it a lot easier for me in determining his care. I had Nationwide insurance with my last beagle and was extremely satisfied and that is why I chose you people again for Winston. No question about it. My daughter also has your insurance for her 2 dogs. No one should be without pet insurance, just like people shouldn't be without health insurance.
