I was shocked at how easy it was to file a claim and how quickly Nationwide paid the claim. I honestly did not think they would. I took out a loan I was so certain that they would find reasons not to pay me or would argue etc. So you can imagine how happy I was to have it dealt with so quickly and no issues. It was all straightforward and went exactly as they said it would. Friends were also impressed and at least one has already signed with them.

The claims takes at least 30 days To get a check and I tried the auto deposit into your act not user Friendly at all. Other than that love nationwide pet insurance

A pet owners next next "best" friend.
I've had Pets Best for 6 years and I've never been disappointed. 2 1/2 years ago my cat Astro developed Hyperthyroidism and IBD around the same time. Pets Best process makes it so easy and they pay quickly! Most of all their customer service is awesome. They are quick to respond to claims and are very friendly and customer service oriented. They definitely are a pet owners next next best friend (next to my cats and vet).

Claim process to be faster
As a customer who has been with you a year now, it is frustrating on how long it takes for a claim to be processed as well for ways to submit a claim. I don't have access to printer at home. It would be easier if claims could be submitted through an application on smart phones. Also 30 days for a claim to be processed and the reimbursement to be done is ridiculous. I have two dogs and submitted claims on the same day for both of them. One claim for each took 30 days, while a second claim within a month took less than 24 hours for one and one is still pending for the other. I would highly recommend going to a system that is like for most humans. Instead of making more work for your customers and have them submit claims. Go to the way where your customers only pay their portion at the visit. It would make things a little easier for the customers, and I would imagine there would be more people who would sign up and stay with you as a company if that is a perk.

I am blessed to have my dog and feel secure knowing that I can provide him healthcare to keep him in my life. I have been pleased with his plan and have never had issues. I am grateful for the coverage and the great service provided.

I have Happy Feet with Happy Paws!!
Long review but well worth the read!! The BEST decision I ever made was to insure my Havanese with Healthy Paws. I shopped for months before Jesse came to me. I don't even think Jesse was born yet while I was shopping :)! I knew my best bud would have health insurance. Like yourself, I read my share of Health Insurance policy's and their reviews, some policy's where difficult to understand, I felt I was reading the same thing over and over. I wanted to be sure I found the right Insurance company to insure Jesse's health through his years, I'm compulsive my nature so it had to be the best! When I did my research with Healthy Paws I found it easy to understand their policy, great reviews, and their customer service help walk me through my questions with patience and kindness, that goes a long way with me!! Everyone in Healthy Paws are Awesome!!! I appreciate all they do to help me help my Jesse!!
