YOUR REAL PIECE OF MIND

The people at ASPCA Pet Insurance are the best! Shelley & Bob were there for us when our Beautiful Baby Baretta was diagnosed with liver cancer. They showed more compassion than any of the Vet offices. When she passed September, 2015, Shelley and Bob called and sent sympathy cards. We never heard a word from any of the dr. offices, and just recently we added a new addition to our family and when our claim came by her desk Shelley called to let us know she didn't forget us! Wonderful people...true Pet Lovers!

Claims have been crap

Your claim process have gone downhill. I've been with Embrace since day 1 of my dog who is now 4 years old. We got a new pup and also put him on Embrace's plan but you guys been giving too many issues with claims. My lasted claim, we took the pup to the vet for swollen lips and its not cover because pup went to vet for ear infection that was consider pre-existing condition. Just because lips and ears have skin, its group as a dermatological condition and you guys marking his lips as a pre-existing condition. I cannot understand how dumb that is. Maybe you guys need to edit your terms and condition section to add the word "OR". 14. Dermatological Condition means an Illness related to your Pet’s skin and is deemed to include ear infections OR skin lumps from skin irritation OR infection, such as interdigital cysts from pododermatitis, but not conjunctivitis or parasitic infestations.

Overall very happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance

While I would like to have a change in some of the claims features; I am very happy with the service overall. I do recommend them to friends and family.

Coverage is more difficult to figure out than human insurance. And that’s sad.

Coverage descriptors are opaque. Levels of coverage are low. Customer service a bit lacking.

Seamless, Stress free experience

I’ve been using Healthy Paws since I adopted my puppy 4 years ago. They offer a number of coverage options, and the claims process is simple and straight froward. It really is a breeze working with Healthy Paws! Recently, my little guy had to recieve back to back surgeries. The first for an obstructed intestine, then again for a post surgery infection. As you can imagine, the bills piled up. Healthy Paws reviewed and settled both claims so quickly, I didn’t even have time to be stressed! I can’t say enough how nice it was to be able to focus on my pets recovery. It was such a seamless experience, I mention how much Healthy Paws helped me every time someone asks about my pets recovery. If only Health Insurance for people was this easy!

Embrace is excellent!!

I have been with Embrace for (2) years with my older Great Dane (now 2 1/2 years old) but thankfully have never had to submit a claim. However....I added my new Great Dane puppy at 12 weeks old the end of November and within 3 weeks he broke his leg in two spots....got it stuck under the stair when he was running up the stairs. After my deductible was reached (in one ER visit) Embrace took over. I am so grateful that they made the process so easy and painless. I have been receiving checks for every claim submitted after the deductible was reached. Also every email I sent was answered.....every phone call was treated with courtesy and kindness.....and they keep you informed of each claim received and where it is in the process and the outcome. I would highly recommend Embrace and I am telling all my friends with pets about this wonderful company. Thank you Embrace! Very satisfied customer.....Jill Fairbanks

Fast, efficient and friendly service!

I am happy to be a part of the Pets Best Family. All my claims have been processed quickly and efficiently. Only once there was slight confusion (I had filed it wrong) and customer service was very friendly and explained everything thouroughly. I would highly recommend Pets Best. They have been a life saver!

Amazing

My husband and I debated about whether or not we should invest in pet insurance before we brought our puppy home. It has been 100% worth it. It is so easy to submit claims via email, and we are always reimbursed by the end of the month. We could not recommend it more!

Thank You Pet Insurance

I was dismayed by the increase in pet insurance premiums when my GSD was merely a 6 year old but with the high cost of veterinary care, glad I have had since her puppyhood. This year a little mishap that required ER dog care and minor surgery. Claim form easy to complete and submit. Response by your company prompt and professional.
