Claims are very inconsistent
The time it takes to process claims are very inconsistent. I will have one claim that will be processed & approved with 1-2 days and then there are claims can take 3-4 weeks to process. Customer service are very slow in responding to inquiries via email

My claim was processed within 3 days!
My claim was processed within 3 days! I was also able to sign up for direct deposit online, no paper forms to fill out, sign and fax (do they still exist?). I never have any hassles submitting my claim and getting my payments back. The emails they send and are also thoughtful, the staff strike me as true animal lovers. I recommend trupanion to all my pet owning friends. No fine print, no hassles, all online and worth the peace of mind.

Prompt and responsive, caring helpful, concerned, received a very warm genuine hand written note after informing Trupanion that I had to discontinue my insurance because my pet had to be put down. I have already recommended Trupanion and will continue to recommend this company.
