My fur baby was involved in a dog attack, taking him to the vet and getting him well was all I needed. I submitted my paperwork and everything was taken care of. Thank you for helping me with the reimbursement.

Needs Improved process
It's been 60 days since I submitted claim and they needed 1 piece of additional information and now they tell me it could be another 30 days. Seems their review process is lacking and takes quite amount of time. Would not recommend this insurance if you want something that has a customer focused experience.

A Must for your pet!
We got healthypaws insurance for our rescue dog Cali right after adopting her, and it has been by far the best decision we made for her and us! healthypaws provides the best support via a user-friendly platform. I would make pet insurance mandatory for all pet owners, and give healthypaws as a recommendation every single time!

i had a pet with no pet insurance before, When I got our new puppy I decided to try insurance. Your company made it easy for me to pick a plan and I am so happy to have found you! Claims Processing
I would have given a higher rating but I find the time between submitting a claim and receiving a reimbursement is too long. Otherwise no other concerns. I even received a call asking how my dog was doing after a not very good diagnosis which I thought was a nice touch.

Never thought pet insurance could be this easy
I was amazed at how helpful the Nationwide team was with my questions and claim. I wasn't sure if my dogs emergency appointment for stomach issues would be covered. It was a large bill but I was willing to pay it no matter what for my sweet boy. The team had my claim approved and a check turned around so quick. It was a pleasant surprise to get this help.
