Glad it was processed quickly
It was our Loki's first dental cleaning. It was scary having him go under anesthesia but he did great. We're glad that Pets Best processed the claim so quickly while we focused on Loki.

I called to look into a claim and a gentleman helped. I wished I would have wrote is name down. I think it was Matt. He was very polite and professional. Called me today to make sure I called the vet and he called as well to get the correct invoice.
