Last 2 claims (initial visit and surgery)

It took me 4 months to have my claim processed appropriately. Everyone was polite, but the only person who seemed to be helpful was the last person to work on the claim, who was a supervisor. I pay so much money and shouldn’t have had to put so much work into these 2 simple claims. I spent hours making phone calls back and forth between Nationwide and the vet, as well as faxing paperwork and writing letters. If this wasn’t my only option for pet insurance through my employer, I probably would’ve switched.

Healthy Paws cares for my dog and me, it’s more impressive than my human insurance!

I am beyond satisfied and grateful for this pet insurance. They have come through for me whenever I have had a health issue with my dog. The claims process is quick and easy to navigate and I always get paid out quickly . The customer service reps are kind and friendly. This insurance is outstanding I always recommend to my friends. Even those without pets - that’s how impressive they are! So glad I did my research and picked Healthy Paws for my beloved pooch!

Finally, a Pet Health Insurance Company with Integrity!

I have had coverage for my cat Swirley for about 5 years now and until now, previously made only one tiny claim. Now my cat has been diagnosed with hyperthyroid, a common condition for older cats and expensive. My experience with pet healthcare insurance companies before was that as soon as you actually needed them, they would find any excuse to reject your claim. All they wanted to do was to collect premiums and deny as much care as possible. (Gee, that sounds exactly like what the greedy human healthcare insurance companies do!) Embrace was different. I did have one claim denied, but that was because the vet didn't write up the claim form correctly. But Embrace made it very easy to appeal their previous denial and after the situation was explained to them, they corrected it and covered the claim. Embrace has lots of different plans and some very low deductibles. It is much better than any previous pet health insurance company I have ever had. Wish they would start running plans for humans, ha! I'd join in a heart beat!

Best Pet Insurance

We are so delighted with Figo Pet Insurance for our new red Irish setter Newton. The convenient Figo phone app allows me to start new claims before leaving the vet’s office, including uploading pics of claim forms, Vet progress notes, & photos as supporting documents. Claims are processed within 14 business days and the funds are conveniently deposited into the bank account of our choice. Customer service reps are always friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. We highly recommend it!

Very pleased with Pets Best

We have filed two claims with Pets Best covering our cat Tristan. In both cases they were quickly responsive when receiving our claims and paying back a fair portion of our costs. They were particularly prompt in re-imbursement following Tristan's death in May. I am very pleased with Pets Best as an insurer and would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy

Once the Doctor's office submitted the claim, Pets Best notified me immediately, kept me updated on the status of the claim and paid the claim very promptly with the money being deposited directly into my account. it's a very easy and efficient process. Thank you
