Claims made easy!
Miss Bellah (my 10 month old yellow labrador) was just spayed. I was able to submit my claim via email which was great. It was easy, quick and the portion of my money that was refunded back to me was directly deposited into my bank account within just a day or two. I was kept up to date along the entire process from "claim received", to "processing your claim", to "money ready to accept", "money has been deposited" to "claim is complete."

Extremely Pleased with Nationwide Support of My Puppy
I had VPI with my first Yorkie and was pleased. The experience with Nationwide is simply Superb... promptness on handling of claims, responsiveness with calls, ease of processing payments, caring about my puppy!!! I’m so very pleased with Nationwide Insurance.

Nationwide is AWESOME
Nationwide I love you. During Shadow's hospital stay, I was both worried about him and the upfront cost. When I submitted the claim and received 90 percent of the bill, less then three weeks, I was shocked. Now, everyone that I know has a pet, I give them Nationwide contact number. Thank you so very much for being there for both Shadow and us in our time of need. You are the best! Shadow's mom.

Horrible Company
Horrible company. Their policy clearly states that a pre-existing condition is one that occurred in the 12 months prior to the policy issuance. I purchased a policy for my Dog in February 2019. The only thing that happened in the 12 months prior was a ACL replacement (TPL). When he was younger he did have skin allergies, but they were controlled with immunotherapy prior to 2014. In May he had a mysterious skin infection. They denied $435 of his treatment and accepted $22 towards deductible and said it was pre-existing. They tried to tell me how they did accept some on the phone. This is hilarious. These guys are clowns. In no way is it pre-existing as he has not received any treatment for skin related issues since prior to 2014. I will be reporting these scam artists to the state insurance board. They are not to at all trustworthy.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been the greatest for Jackson and his Mom and Dad!
I give Nationwide a rating of 10 in all areas! Jackson is a five year old Golden Retriever and is so beautiful and so sweet and loving. He is our 2nd Golden. Nationwide has been so great for Jackson and us. He has had several Golden issues, epilepsy and of course some skin irritation issues. Thank you for your help with Jackson

Great Insurance!
I am very satisfied I chose Nationwide Pet Insurance. Submitting a claim is very easy. Customer service is very helpful as well as their Vet helpline. I chose the top plan because of it covering everything I need and no worries.
