Pets Best has been awesome
The entire process was extremely easy. Diesel became sick, bleeding in stool. Took him to the vets office that day. They did several test and gave his a shot and several medications. Three days later he was back to himself. I submitted my classes claim via the Mobil app, took about 2mins. I was notified my claim had been received and in review. Approximately three days later my claim was paid and a detailed statement was emailed to me. Pets Best has been awesome through both of my claims!!

Easy to Use
The vet's office was able to submit the claim while I was checking out and I received an email 24 hours later telling me the status and how much of my deductible was used. Very easy.
