Unhappy with claim
Very unhappy with claim outcome..I wrote to cust svc a couple times but got nowhere. My dog was very sick... u did not cover fecal testing which is a diagnostic test to determine what meds might be needed. That is ridiculous that you do not cover this in a case this this... was not just part of a yearly type physical!!!

Super grateful for Pets Best!
Super grateful for Pets Best! My pup has been healthy her whole life and I've contemplated cancelling several times but they always gave me an option to reduce my monthly payments instead of cancel. My pup was a victim to an act of violence and had to have expensive tests done. I'm glad I had pet insurance to help with the vet bills. Pets Best was very helpful with the claims process and it was easy to upload all the documents to the website.
